From this page, you can download the TextTone program onto your
system. However, before doing so, please make sure your system meets
the minimum system requirements below, and that you have read the
licence agreement at the bottom of the Readme
file.

- Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000 or XP
- 486 processor
- 8Mb of RAM
- 1Mb of free hard disk space
- 256 colour display and mouse recommended
Download Locations
The current version of TextTone is v1.05.
To download the program, decide on a suitable download location
(ideally, one geographically close to you) and method, and select a
relevant link above. A browser dialog window should pop up asking
you if you want to open or save the file. Choose to save it to your
hard disk (or other permanent storage location).
Once TextTone has finished downloading, follow the installation
instructions further down this page. The following table will give
you a rough idea of how long the download will take at various
connection speeds.

Installation
Once downloading has finished, locate the folder to which you
saved the setup executable and run the file. The setup program will
start and guide you through the installation process.
